Why order as a group?

One order, one design, and nobody chasing anybody for sizes or money.

  • Volume savings — Larger quantities can unlock better per-piece pricing.
  • One design, everyone's style — Mix sizes, colours and approved products.
  • No spreadsheets — Members can order their own sizes and quantities online.
  • Easy payments — Members can pay individually, or one organizer can manage the order.
  • Fast & organized — Consolidated production and order management.
  • Custom for your group — Teams, schools, businesses, families, events, organizations and concert crews.

Choose how your group orders

Three ways to run it — pick the one that suits your group.

  • One organizer receiving the group order

    One person orders for everyone

The host collects the order and payment, we ship the complete group order to one address, and you distribute to everyone.

  • A member receiving their parcel

    Ship to each person

Each member enters their own shipping address and pays individual shipping. Orders are produced together and delivered directly to each member.

  • The group store on screen

    Your own group store

We create a dedicated, shareable URL. Members choose approved products, colours, sizes and quantities, and pay online. Choose direct-to-member or group shipping.

The Old Way Versus The GTA Print Lab Way

The old way versus the GTA Print Lab way. Old way: collecting sizes by text or email, chasing payments, managing spreadsheets, confusing and time consuming, sorting and distributing boxes. GTA Print Lab way: share one simple link, members choose their own sizes, individual payment options, organized fulfillment, ship to each person or one location, less work for the organizer. Group order savings: more pieces can mean better per-piece pricing at 12+, 25+, 50+ and 100+. Ask about volume pricing
