Direct to Film. Your artwork is printed onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder, then heat-pressed onto the garment. The design sits as a thin layer on top of the fabric.

Because it does not rely on the ink soaking into cotton, it prints the same bright colours on polyester, blends, nylon and dark garments — and it holds fine lines and solid blocks of colour well.

Direct to Garment. The printer sprays water-based ink straight into the fibres of the shirt, the way an inkjet prints onto paper. The ink becomes part of the fabric rather than sitting on it.

That makes it the softest finish — you can barely feel the print — and the best choice for photographs and fine gradients. It needs cotton, and it prints richest on lighter garments.

Your design is stitched into the garment with thread rather than printed. The artwork is first digitised into a stitch file, then sewn by machine.

It gives a raised, textured, permanent finish that reads as premium, and it outlasts any print. Fine detail and small text do not stitch well, so simpler, bolder artwork works best.
